Growing up in Omaha, Natalee Nelson began her passion for music and acting at an early age. She was in her first show when she was 8 years old and continued to perform in Community Theater, choirs and show choirs. Some of her favorite roles include touring the east coast as Tiny Tim in A Christmas Carol, voice over work as Apricot in the Strawberry Shortcake DVD’s, Orphan Kate in Annie at the Omaha Community Playhouse and being a member of the nationally ranked Amazing Technicolor Show Choir from Westside High School.
Natalee is a senior at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and will graduate in December 2017 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies.
Natalee is excited to encourage others to explore their passion for the arts with her new position at the 402 Arts Collective. She found her love for the non-profit world with internships at Make a Wish Nebraska and Youth Emergency Services in Omaha.
In her free time she enjoys working out, shopping, being involved in her church, singing on the worship team and spending time with her friends, family, and her fiancé Brendan.
